Manual lab values and report reference ranges are in the private build. The planned vault adds original reports and reviewed values over time, without clinical interpretation.

Your history. Entered by you.

Optional compound and cycle records with dates, amounts, units and notes. Manual history is in the private build; a richer cycle timeline is planned. No cycle design, dosing suggestions or safety scores.

See the work across weeks.

Consistent progress photos, posing videos and comparisons across preparations are planned. Useful to natural and enhanced athletes alike.

Current private build

Training and personal records

Structured blocks and set logs. Nutrition targets, food logs and check-ins. Offline food and exercise libraries. Manual health records and a text report you choose to share.

Planned

A companion for your day

Today, water tracking and optional food, water and supplement reminders. Household recipes and flexible training workflows.

Planned

A dedicated bodybuilding journey

Prep timelines, progress photos, posing, show logistics and weekly review packets. Richer lab and cycle histories, with explicit sharing controls.

A private record

Your data.
Your decision.

Bloodwork and compound history deserve careful handling. Privacy is part of the product’s design.

On your phone

The current app uses an encrypted local database. There is no cloud sync. Keep your own copies of important original records.

Deliberate sharing

There are no analytics SDKs. A clinician report leaves the app only when you choose to share it.

Deletion controls

Delete health records or reset all app data inside the app. A copy already shared with someone else cannot be retracted.

Physical-device checks for encryption and deletion are still part of release verification. No public build is available.

Before you begin

The useful
questions.

The current build and the direction ahead.

Who is Iron Intelligence for?

Adults building a fitness routine, strength athletes and bodybuilders. The vision is one companion with different journeys. The current private Android build covers structured training, nutrition, check-ins and manual health records; the daily companion and dedicated contest-prep experience are planned.

Are reminders and contest prep available now?

Not yet. Today, food and water reminders, user-chosen supplement reminders, prep timelines, progress photos and weekly coach review packets are planned. They are shown here to explain the product direction, not as available features.

Is compound tracking required for bodybuilding?

No. The planned bodybuilding experience is for natural and enhanced athletes, with compound history entirely optional. It records what you enter; it will not recommend a cycle, select a substance, suggest a dose or judge whether use is safe.

What does the coach actually do?

The current coach retrieves stored targets, training information and check-ins through deterministic commands. It can answer supported questions about macros, workouts and fatigue. It is not a general-purpose AI conversation or a voice coach.

Does it interpret bloodwork or advise on compounds?

No. You manually record lab values, your report’s reference ranges, and medication or supplement history. The records-first version does not assess results, provide monitoring schedules, or diagnose, prescribe, select compounds or recommend doses.

Where does my data go?

The current app stores records locally in an encrypted database and does not sync health records to a server. There are no analytics SDKs. Sharing a clinician report is an explicit action you control. Android encryption and deletion checks on a physical device remain part of release verification.

Can I download it today?

There is no public build yet. A records-first private Android preview is being prepared. Signing and device verification must finish before distribution. The access form is a browser-only preview and does not collect signups.
